During the Covid-19 pandemic a bill was passed providing small businesses the opportunity to earn a refundable tax credit of up to 50% of their employee payroll, if they met certain conditions. Lendio is committed to fueling the American dreams of small businesses and feels they’re in a unique position to help inform as many small businesses as possible of their ability to capitalize on credits such as this.
As a result Lendio has built an ERC application process and partnered with multiple ERC tax credit processing companies to process and file the tax credits for thousands of businesses seeking the ERC Credit.
Lendio is looking to hire a business development team to expand their reach to more businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for large and small referral partners and affiliates that can drive volume into the Lendio ERC application flow.
  • Selling these partners on utilizing Lendio’s ERC process.
  • Working with our legal & compliance departments to finalize partnership contracts.
  • Putting an implementation plan in place with newly signed partners to maximize volume.
  • Obtaining referrals from clients in order to expand network and territory.
  • Utilizing and expanding personal network to increase prospecting opportunities
  • Working with the Lendio management team to solidify strategy for expanding the ERC business development team.
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of Lendio’s systems and processes
  • Maintaining funnel reporting to inform the team of how customers are progressing through the funnel and forecasting the number of leads generated from new partnerships

Skills Required:

  • >3 Yrs Relevant Business Development Sales Experience
  • Experience Working With Legal & Compliance Teams Through A Contracting Process
  • Cold Call Prospecting Experience
  • Experience Networking To Drive Sales Production
